Tenant finder service

  • Independent tenant references and tenant credit checks
  • Legal tenancy agreement
  • Advice regarding deposit registration

Full management service

  • Assured rent in the event of non-payment by tenant (subject to successful credit referencing)
  • Initial property appraisal and recommendations
  • Advice on current landlord responsibilities and legislation
  • Advertising and marketing your property on Zoopla, Primelocation and other leading property websites including our own
  • Conducting of inventories when tenants move in and out
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Independent tenant references and tenant credit checks
  • Legal tenancy agreement
  • Deposit registration with government-approved scheme
  • Arrangement of gas and electric regulatory safety checks and certificates
  • Arrangement of EPC
  • Organisation of rent collection (subject to successful credit referencing)
  • Routine inspections once every 6 months, with photographic reports
  • Obtaining quotations for maintenance and repairs for landlord's approval
  • Organisation of maintenance and repairs- as authorised by landlord
  • Serving of appropriate legal notices
  • Notification to local authorities and utility providers of tenants in occupation
  • Serving of appropriate possession notices, if required
